Wuxi Dagong Registered Tax Agents Co. , Ltd is a social intermediary organ approved by the State Administration of Taxation of the People’s Republic of China providing tax service and verification business in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations. Formerly known as Wuxi Taxation Office, it was founded in 1989 by National Tax Administration of Wuxi. On January 1, 2000, the company was reconstructed into a limited company.
According to business scope regulated by the State Administration of Taxation of the People’s Republic of China, we provide services including tax registration, taxation, tax refund, tax concession declaration, account opening, account keeping, value-added tax payer certification application, VAT invoice for value-added tax payer, tax document, taxation consultation, taxation planning, tax training, verification for business income tax clearance application, verification for enterprise loss cover before taxation and verification for property loss.
Since reconstruction, the company upholds the tenet of “tax law abiding, economy serving, quality first, credit utmost” and policy of “in accordance with the law, free will, quality, efficient, objective, just”, and serves over 10,000 foreign-owned enterprises of the city.
Currently we have over 170 employees 60% of whom are junior college graduates. There are 35 registered tax agents, over 40 senior and medium grade accountants, and economists, as well as some specialists in accounting, finance, tax and law.
We “strive by quality, develop by credit”, strictly follow Registered Accountants Law of People’s Republic of China, Temporary Provision of Registered Tax Agent Certification and other national laws and regulations. Upholding principle of law-abiding, independent, objective and just, we provide service for clients and safeguard state interest and clients’ lawful rights and interests.
